To start ASAP by 26th August 2019 My client, based close to Waterloo are looking for an immediately available Interim Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their small, friendly team. This role will be responsible for all head office and blue collar positions within the London area, as well as overseeing additional recruitment needs across the UK so will require some travel. The successful Interim TA Partner will be reporting in to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is initially short term cover due to a few changes in the team. Responsibilities include; Attract and manage end to end RecruitmentCoordinate, present and conduct competency based candidate interviewsProvide proactive resourcing advice and guidance to senior stakeholders and line managersEffectively source and match candidates to positionsEnsuring accurate employee records are kept via management of the ATSEnd to end recruitment of adhoc rolesPartner with the Reward and Recognition COE on visa applications; mobility and secondments. Experience and skills required; Strong Recruiter able to hit thr ground running in a fast paced, high volume environmentA clear understanding of Recruitment processes and able to support stakeholders on thisExperience working in an internal recruitment functionExceptional MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointGood time management skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workloadExcellent organisational skillsMeticulous attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills and confident to deal with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesIf you are an experienced Internal Recruiter and are available immediately, looking for your next challenge, please apply now!
