Page Personnel are working with a leading professional services organisation based in York who are actively seeking a HR Assistant to add value to their HR function. Working as part of a well-established and forward-thinking HR team, this role will take ownership of transactional HR processes along with involvement in operational HR tasks. Description
In a busy and varied HR Assistant role based in York, duties are to include:
- Overseeing the transactional HR operation to ensure that all new starter documentation is sent out in a timely and accurate manner
- Oversee the HR Administrator's work and liaise with internal stakeholders regarding their new starter and their on-boarding experience
- Accurately sets up new starters for their allocated departments on the payroll and benefit systems
- First point of contact for all queries relating to benefits, payroll and HR policies and procedures for their allocated departments
- Supports HRBP's with note taking for Investigations, Disciplinary and Grievances
Profile
- Proven HR experience and demonstrable knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle
- Ability to build strong, credible relationships quickly, and to be trusted at all levels
- Excellent communication with the ability to manage up where appropriate
- Self-starter, resourceful & able to find and propose own solutions
Job Offer
