Employee Relations Specialist

Your new company
Our financial service client is recruiting for a permanent employee relations specialist to support 700 employees following a restructure. Located just outside of Brighton train station, you will be working with their growing HR team of 25 employees.

Your new role
As an ER Specialist you will be providing current and effective employment relations (ER) advise to HR colleagues and managers, manager the business of the trade union to deliver effective organisational ER and manage the effective development and review of HR policies and guidance.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have detailed knowledge of employee relations processes and issues in a large organisation with supporting a variety of formal procedures. You must also have experience of working in a unionised environment.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of £33,000 plus a civil service pension, discretionary bonus arrangements, 25 days annual leave, flexible working, parental leave arrangements, development opportunities and performance related pay.
