Interim HR Advisor
An interim HR Advisor job in Guildford pays up to £30.5K doe, supporting the Regional Business Partner.
Your new company
A national education organisation with a number of Surrey based sites. Due to Maternity, an Interim HR Advisor is required for a period of 9 months.
Your new role
Supporting the Regional Business Partner and working alongside a second Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a highly communicative HR service at a first line level in accordance with policies and procedures to the local business groups, focussing your efforts primarily with the Facilities, Support Services and Academic teams.
You will be responsible for monitoring low level case work, escalating complex issues to your Business Partner and supporting Managers where applicable with their performance management skills. You will support your Business Partner during disciplinary proceedings via note taking and will also take responsibility for occupational health queries.
Other aspects of the role include, liaising with and supporting central recruitment, assisting with onboarding and induction, manager coaching and project work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be CIPD qualified (or have strong QBE experience), have previous experience within education or similar and be able to manage workload in a fast paced, highly variable work environment
