Role: Interim Global Talent & OD Manager
Industry: Media
Location: West London
Salary: £450 - £550 p/day
My client are a global-leading Media organisation who are looking for an experienced specialist in the OD and Talent space to join their growing team. You will have full ownership across a number of business units, working closely with the HRBP, Learning and Leadership teams and reporting into the Global Head of Learning & Leadership.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across a global business is key for this role, where you will leading the project management piece with senior board members and HR Directors across the business. You will be part of a lean but highly supportive and capable team.
Key project will include:
- Talent management - identifying rising stars in the business and using data to work with the senior managers and HR Directors to support them on succession planning
- Building capability and competency frameworks - you will work closely with different business units understand
- Employee Engagement - having just launched their new business values so someone who can come in and look at what insights they want and what they do with all the information
