I am currently partnering with a fast growing technology business based in Cornwall who are looking to bring onboard a bright and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join their UK&I team. Backed by a multi-national entertainment corporation, this is a great opportunity to be involved in the growth and development of an ambitious business.
Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle within the organisation. This will include: generating contracts, managing inductions, hiring-to-retiring and all aspects of recruitment, HR systems, employment law as well as all aspects of the HR policies and procedures.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will also have the opportunity to implement your own ideas within the business, shaping the company culture and values, and truly having an impact in helping the business succeed in their mission to establish themselves as one of the most successful technology business in the UK. Culture is a very important aspect to this role, and you will play an active part in evolving the company culture, company values and employee engagement activities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience within an HR capacity at a similar level and will demonstrate autonomy and confidence in a fast-paced, tech-driven, commercial environment. Most importantly, you will be a committed, forward thinking partner to the business with excellent attention to detail.
