L&D Training Partner

Your new company
Hays are working in partnership with a well respected and growing company in the construction sector, who are looking to recruit a new L&D Training Partner, to help them in their growth ambitions.

Your new role
As L&D Training Partner, you will manage the deliver of specific skills training for their Technical employee population, specifically 'wet trades'. You will support the Training Manager in developing and implementing training programmes, manuals and all training aids and applications, you will analyse and monitor the effectiveness of training through evaluation and producing MI for Management, and continue to develop and enhance the training provision, maintaining their innovative culture. You will work collaboratively across the business, maintain excellent links between HR and the business to ensure that training meets the business needs.

What you'll need to succeed
A recognised professional training qualification, ideally CIPD level 3 or equivalent is ideal
A proven track record in designing and delivering successful training programmes
Experience in a relevant sector, either manufacturing or construction
A background in wet trades (plastering or tiling) is a distinct advantage, although not essential.
Excellent communication skills with excellent team working abilities

We are looking for applications from people with a background in Learning and Development or Training, either at Advisor or Partner level. We are also interested in applications from people with a background in Lecturing or Tutoring in the building and construction fields such as plastering, tiling, painting and decorating.
