This is a really great HR Assistant role to work with a growing FMCG business in Tonbridge. An exciting opportunity for a HR admin to kick start their career and develop in a more generalist remit. There are great progression prospects and n opportunity to get involved with project work. You will be working with the HR Manager to oversee the group HR function.

My client are a growing FMCG business in Tonbridge.

Description

  • Provide support to all employees and line managers for all HR queries
  • Supporting the HR Manager with HR administrative tasks for the group function
  • Managing the recruitment admin process; writing job descriptions, oversee advert response, onboarding, inductions
  • Processing payroll and dealing with any queries confidently
  • Maintain any records for ER cases, supporting in meetings
  • Supporting with audits
  • Overseeing time and attendance system
  • Participating in adhoc projects

Profile

  • You will ideally have previous experience in a junior HR role
  • You will ideally have a CIPD level 3 or above
  • You will be an effective and proactive self starter and communicator, able to take initiative
  • You will ideally have knowledge of SAGE payroll
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Offer

  • up to £30,000 per annum basic salary depending on experience
  • Performance related bonus
