Page Personnel are working with a leading organisation within the transport sector based in Leeds who are actively seeking an Interim HR Advisor to add value to their HR function on a 6 month basis. In a busy and varied role, the successful candidate will be providing essential transactional support to the HR team with involvement on various E.R cases. Applicants will have had previous roles within HR and have availability to start immediately.

A leading organisation within the transport sector based in Leeds who are actively seeking an Interim HR Advisor to add value to their HR function on a 6 month basis. You will be joining a well-established, forward-thinking and collaborative HR team.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied Interim HR Advisor role based in Leeds, roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential transactional support including on-boarding new starters, updating and maintaining the HR records and processing leavers
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR policies, systems and practices
  • Project work, including introduction of a HRIS system
  • Advising Line Managers and employees on policies, procedures and legislation as appropriate
  • Supporting Line Managers on employee relations, disciplinary and grievance procedures and performance management
  • Supporting reward and recognition processes

Profile

* Previous HR experience
* Experience in providing support and policy advice to line managers
* Experience of using HR Information Systems including inputting / maintaining data and reporting
* Working knowledge of relevant HR policies, procedures and employment law
* A hands-on approach and comfortable operating with limited guidance

Job Offer
