HRIS MI Advisor

An award-winning global Financial Services firm, based in the heart of the City, are looking for an HRIS & MI Advisor to join their HRIS team to support on all MI Analytics. The firm has won awards for their enterprise & innovation and this unique opportunity would allow you to contribute to the growth and development of the HRIS MI function.

You will play a key role in delivering the HRIS strategy and provide comprehensive global HRIS & MI support to the HR team and wider business. You will provide Management Information analytics for the business from the Workday HR System and provide support to key stakeholders and the HR team to support change within this ever evolving business. You will play a key role in managing the existing reports and dashboards and will create & maintain a catalogue of reports.

They are looking for someone who has strong analytical skills, with proven MI expertise, who has the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide excellent customer service. The system utilised is Workday, so prior experience of working with this system would be advantageous.
