Title: Payroll Assistant

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + fantastic benefits

I am working with a leading retail brand who are continually looking to expand in their market share and make improvements within their Payroll department. This person will be looking after the BAU for the UK and a few European countries.

Responsibilities:

Working in a team of 3 with a very experienced Payroll Manager that leads the team, you will be running the Payroll for the UK and a few European countries;

Review process and controls to ensure that everything runs smoothly every month;

Work closely with various vendors to ensure that the payroll deadlines are met;

Manage the shared payroll inbox with your team.

Skills and Abilities:

Previous EMEA and UK processing of payroll is required;

Experience with an outsourced provider;

Attention to detail;

Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivots);

ADP Freedom is required.
