This role has a heavy emphasis on employee relations cases and coaching managers on dealing with these processes. The role requires working with unions. This is a full time Fixed Term Contract, with likelihood to be extended.

My client are a financial services company in Brighton.

Description

  • Provide expert ER advice to managers and employees
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Stay updated in employment law and legislation and implementing appropriate action to reduce risk for the company
  • Partner with the union representatives to maintain the working relationship
  • Actively take part in change initiatives across the business, providing ER advice when required
  • Develop people management capability with line managers

Profile

  • You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified or above
  • Be an expert in employment law and legislation
  • Experience with unions is essential
  • Experience managing TUPE/mergers is vital
  • Experience with the implementation of organisational design
  • Ability to manage a high case load at one time

Job Offer

  • up to £45,000 per annum basic salary depending on experience
