I am working with a leading Retailer who have a great opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join their Tech division on a permanent basis. This role will be split between two of their offices. This Tech Recruiter role will be focusing on Software Engineering. This role will suit a pro-active recruiter from an agency or in-house background with experience of working within high volume positions and has strong stakeholder management. You will be responsible for: Attracting and hiring great talent for the brand, with a focus on Software EngineeringSuccessfully deliver large scale recruitment activity projects in aggressive timeframesBuild excellent relationships with the hiring managers to fully understand their requirements and provide excellent end to end serviceDefine and promote a positive Employer Branding through networking, social media, events and other means You will need: To be an experienced 360 recruiter with the ability to influence and consult at all stages of the processTo have at least 3-5 years within tech/Software EngineeringrecruitmentExcellent professional media skills and proficient in using platforms such as LinkedIn and various job boards to identify great talentStrong stakeholder management skills, ensuring all stakeholders and hiring managers are kept well informed of project process This role will suit an experience in-house recruiter looking to join a leading Tech recruitment team or a passionate agency recruiter looking for their first in-house role.
