Internal Recruiter (6 Month FTC)
A 6 month fixed term contract for an internal recruiter in Oxfordshire.
Your new company
You will be joining a well known organisation who are incredibly passionate about the work they do in designing and manufacturing a range of medical devices for their customers. To support the growth of the business and some new projects which will be coming up, the need has arisen for an Internal Recruiter to join them initially on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process on all live vacancies, handle responses from applicants, and work with stakeholders in the business to ensure the candidate journey is a positive experience for every candidate, every time. You will also work with senior managers to understand upcoming recruitment needs to ensure the work you are doing is pro-active. You will attend events both local and industry specific to ensure you build upon your current candidate network and essentially create your own talent pool for future recruitment needs.
What you'll need to succeed
Being passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience is essential to be considered for this role. You will ideally have experience in a range of candidate attraction methods and any experience in recruiting within the engineering and manufacturing sectors would be a huge advantage.
