Our NHS client is recruiting for an Organisational Development Advisor in their growing HR team.
Your new role
This organisation has just gone through a restructure and they are looking for someone to support with the implementation to deliver their new people strategy which will support and enable the effective delivery of their culture and organisation development.
Working with 3 other members within the OD team, you will manage allocated OD initiatives, including culture and values, staff engagement, retention, talent management and succession planning whilst working collaboratively across HR with senior managers and leaders to identify and prioritise organisational needs and areas for improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have a CIPD qualification with expert knowledge of OD principles, models and their role in improving organisational performance. You must also have experience of designing and implementing effective OD interventions.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £37,000-£44,000 based in experience plus flexible working, onsite parking, pension and excellent training.
