L&D Assistant

Are you keen to gain valuable experience within a top law firm? To hone your skills and understanding in employee development within an international corporation? I'm working on an exciting Learning & Development Assistant role which promises to give you that.

You'll be a part of a dynamic Learning and Development team, being exposed to all internal and client business skills L&D events. Engaging with senior stakeholders gaining significant visibility across the firm whilst assisting with the Legal Education training.

Your key responsibilities lie within the administrative support and organisation of training events as well as the maintenance of various training and management related records and systems. You play a vital part with assisting the team on a variety of initiatives.

To be considered for this role you must have excellent organisational skills and be able to evidence experience of working with databases and Microsoft Office, as well as strong diary management and coordination. If you have L&D experience gained within a Professional Service firm, this is highly desirable.
