A well known Insurance firm based in the City, is currently looking for a Systems Trainer to join their team Talent Team. Reporting into the Head of Talent, this individual will be responsible for training employees on all systems, including the HR, finance and expenses system. Key responsibilities:Ownership and delivery of employee systems trainingActively assist the talent management team with the recruitment strategy and processProactively assess the needs of the business from both a training and a technical resource perspectiveBuild effective relationships throughout the business Key requirements:2-3 years of technical/IT training experienceBusiness facing, enthuisastic, candidateExperience of delivery using different learning mediums e/g webcasts, e-learning etc.Advance knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperiecne of a variety of systems e/g finance and expense management systems, Insurance and underwriting systems, HR Systems etc.Confident public speakerConfident in building relationships throughout a businessProactive self-starter To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
