A digital advertising firm based in central London are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting a population of circa 200 across London and 500 globally. You will manage all aspects of HR function for the assigned markets as directed by the People & Culture Director, work on annual compensation review process, update company manuals and handbooks in order to ensure that all policies and processes are in line with the company's vision and values.
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Experience within the Tech industry is desirable.
- Able to work both operationally and strategically under a HR managerial capacity.
- In-depth understanding and experience of employment law and employee relations best practice.
