Job Details
You will provide a professional HR Advisory service across the region and serve as first point of contact for HR queries from line managers and employees on relevant employment law issues and will report to a HRBP.

Description
* You will deal with a variety of HR issues including absence management, site advice and HR guidance, Industrial relations, handling of disciplines and grievances, provision of advice on remuneration, redundancy process
* Guiding and coaching managers and supervisors in HR responsibilities and company processes
* Directing complex queries which require either detailed local knowledge/presence or ongoing support to the HRP
* Provide advice and contribute to the implementation of HR Programs and change management initiatives
* Provide generalist HR support where requirement
* There will be a requirement for travel across your region, supporting our sites, so a full driving licence is required
Profile
* Ability to interact with and support all levels of employees including management
* Excellent customer service
* Can manage own workload and prioritise tasks to ensure SLAs are achieved
* CIPD membership is desirable
* Previous experience across a broad range of HR activities including:
* Disciplinary / Grievance situations
* TUPE
* Redundancy
* Absence Management
* Performance Management
* Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and control own workload
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to promote and uphold HR initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality
* Well-developed IT skills
