We have a career-enhancing opportunity with a well-establish, progressive and global brand in the Luxury/Retail Industry.

You will play a key part in an organization leader in the Luxury & Fashion Sector looking to transform their HR culture and renovate their approach to HR, their people and their development.

To do so, they are urgently recruiting an HR Generalist to join their Paris office and partner with the business in France on the day-to-day management of their population, as well as taking lead in the launch of their new flagship store in Paris!

Supporting the French population, you will act as the key point of contact and trusted advisor to the local General Manager and other senior leaders for anything relating to HR. with the ultimate goal of developing a people-centric culture throughout the business.

Acting as an internal consultant, you will play a key role in all stages of the HR cycle: Recruitment & Onboarding, HR Management, Budget & Forecast processing, HR operations and much more.

You will be deeply passionate and have substantial previous experience in managing populations within the Retail, Luxury or Fashion sector, in a global matrix-based organization, and will be very familiar with activities such as recruitment, onboarding, industrial relations (management of local work council), developing and implementing succession plans, managing performance management and salary review professes, liaising with the L&D function to facilitate the proper cascading process of training initiatives to the retail population, managing the budget and forecast of personnel costs processes, updating the global HRIS and much more.

Due to the specifics of the role, complete fluency in English and France is required. Any additional language (with a preference for Italian and/or Spanish) will be highly considered.
