Job Details
An international commercial real estate firm is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Development of change management strategies, translating into development activities, resource and culture plans
- Support the Head of HR Business Partner on the People Agenda and related initiatives for the business areas
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients in all activities
- Take ownership of all employee relations cases, trade union discussions and other areas where HR expertise is required to minimise risk
- Work with the Recruitment & Talent Lead with processes to drive the growth of internal capability, progression of key internal talent and cost-effective recruitment of external talent
- Run and lead the annual reward process
- Being a role-model to the leadership and HR teams and is recognised as a people management expert
- Ensure relevant employees are appraised at least twice a year
- Responsible for the overall HR strategy of the business area
- Leading annual talent management review and facilitating decision making to ensure it is effective
This person will:
- Have experience of working within real estate or wider professional/financial services
- Have a strong understanding of employee legislation
- Be client centric and take a true business partner approach
- Be a good people manager
- Be degree educates (2:1+) or equivalent
