I am currently working with a fantastic London based organisation who are looking to build out their Reward and HR systems team.

This individual will report into the Head of Reward and will be responsible for supporting the team with Data and systems activities.

You will also take ownership of the configuration and operational support of the Comp Planning tool as well as Compensation and Benefits data within Peoplesoft platform.

Role Summary
* Support Compensation Planning Processes by leading the tool configuration and maintenance by working closely with the global team
* Upskill HR community on the Compensation Planning Tool and support during the planning cycle with any system related trouble shooting
* Own data integrity and data uploads between HR System and the Compensation Planning Tool
* Work with the Payroll team to ensure compensation values are correct and prepare salary increase files
* Take ownership of data governance and integrity for Compensation related data
* Build and maintain queries in system to enable reporting on Reward data
* Complete data uploads into HRIS for Reward data, such as salary, bonus and benefits
