Talent Acquisition Partner

I am excited to be working with a fast growth, global technology business on their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will recruit mainly in the sales, marketing and product functions. You will partner stakeholders to understand their business objectives and provide strategic advice as well as leading exciting projects around EVP. It is definitely a business where you'll be able to share your ideas!

In terms of locations you'll mainly be recruiting for their London office, but at busy periods will support their wider global offices.

The business are looking for a confident recruiter, with excellent stakeholder management skills and who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. In order to be successful in this role you will have previous in-house experience and strong direct sourcing skills, ideally in sales and commercial roles.

You won't be fazed by ambiguity and will be able to juggle multiple projects at a time. The business is non-hierarchical so you'll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves!

Salary: £40-50,000 + 10% bonus

Location: West London, opportunity to work flexibly up to 2 days a week
