JOB ROLE: Senior Rewards Manager
JOB TYPE: Fixed Term Contract - 9 months
HOURS: 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday
SALARY: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
LOCATION: Dunstable
BENEFITS: Car Allowance and bonus

Ashley Kate currently have an exciting opportunity with one of our leading clients who are currently recruiting for a Senior Rewards Manager based near Dunstable. This opportunity is for a 9 month fixed term contract.

Reporting into the Rewards Director and having line management duties of an advisor, you will support the Rewards and Benefits Strategy.

Duties include:

  • Deliver an annual pay review cycle for the organisations operational teams (multi-sited)
  • Provide recommended solutions through evaluation of trends and alternatives
  • Partner with the Benefits and Policy Manager to design and implement company-wide benefits and lead on effective communication tools for use by the business
  • Accountable for the development and integration of reward principles, policies and frameworks, internal governance and KPI's sharing and applying best practices
  • Deliver added value reward solutions to the business


Candidate requirements:

  • Previous Reward experience supporting operational/multi-site customer facing teams
  • Broad understanding of Reward frameworks and compensation & benefits best practices
  • Ability to be hands on and have an operational focus but also operate at a strategic level when needed
  • Track, record and analyse the delivery of accurate, high quality solutions
  • Ability to communicate key engaging messages to large & diverse audiences
