Senior HR Business Partner
£85,000 - £95,000 + bonus + bens
A leading consumer brand is recruiting for Senior HR Business Partner to be based in London and support a large and complex EMEA population. This role will be responsible for the People Strategy across EMEA, partnering with the European Leadership teams to drive cultural change programmes in order to achieve the best possible performance and future proof the business in terms of talent.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement the People Strategy for EMEA to ensure that the best talent is retained by creating a high performance and rewarding culture
- Identifying current capabilities and challenges in each country and providing relevant solutions in order to align to the business objectives
- Partnering with the senior leadership teams and coaching line managers across Europe to build high performing teams
- Lead on all People transformation programmes across the region to drive cultural change, including Talent Plans for engagement and succession, Organisational Effectiveness and D & I agenda.
The ideal candidate will need to have proven business partnering experience delivering within large matrix, global or multinational business. Experience supporting European/ Global client groups and knowledge of European Works Councils would be highly beneficial. Strong experience in providing support at a senior level in delivering the organisation's commercial objectives and people strategy. Demonstrable commercial impacts and ability to drive a progressive culture will be key. Proven ability to shape and deliver organisational effectiveness and change with confidence.
