My North Manchester based client is seeking an experienced Reward/MI Analyst in newly created role to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the organisation as they enter an exciting period of change and transformation.
The role will play an important part in analysing and providing data for reward, strategic workforce planning and talent analytics. You will gather and analyse data, using statistical models and continuously learning about new ways to mine data and instil meaning out of the increasing amount of data available.
You will build and develop a dashboard of tools to bring the workforce insights to HR colleagues, business leaders and a wider audience to drive actions and self-service, alongside assisting in various HR projects and continuous improvement and automations initiatives. This role will develop into more of a reward analyst role; supporting the reward strategy in pay grading, review of benefits and total reward statements.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a HR/Reward MI Analyst role and be tech savvy. You will be excellent in Excel and PowerPoint and other presentation software and maintain HR data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities.
You will work collaboratively as well as independently, with a proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders and possess a data driven mind set with the capability to troubleshoot data and reports.
