HR Administrator - 10 month FTC
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this awesome organisation with a base in West Swindon to recruit a talented HR Administrator for 10 months to cover for maternity from early / mid September 2019 to mid July 2020. Whilst some HR experience is desirable, what is most important for this business is personality, proactiveness and a sense of wanting to achieve in a highly customer obsessed, motivated and pacey environment!! You may be just starting out or have many years experience - it's your personality that will get you this job!!!
So, onto the detail - you will be working within a brilliant team of dare we say "fun yet professional" HR folk, providing all the day-to-day administrative support both within the HR team as well as to all Employees at all levels across the business. You will support daily HR activities and assist in arranging and coordinating interviews, creating offer letters, booking of venues for training events as well as hotels for delegates. You will also be involved in ensuring the payroll data is compiled accurately as well as assisting with HR policies, processes and relevant Employee related documentation.
It goes without saying you will possess excellent verbal and written skills, you are discreet and professional with the ability to understand the sensitivity of information, have the ability to use your own initiative and take ownership of work, possess meticulous attention to detail, enjoy a fast-paced environment, are flexible in your approach to work tasks and above all you will be excellent at team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively. Your IT skills will also be pretty good too!!
