A unique opportunity has now become available within Financial Services business based in Central London. They are looking for a HR Generalist/HRBP that is motivated, organised, creative and also practical that is looking for a role that they can put their own stamp on. The HR Generalist role will be broad and will cover all cyclical HR processes, HR projects, HR administration for the business, internal communications, systems, business change, policy and much more. It will form part of a two person team that will compliment and work closely together in order to provide a first class HR provision to the business across the globe and that can ultimately add value. This is a unique position as it is not a standard, one size fits all role. It requires a candidate with a blend of experience but someone that wants to stand up and be counted and that can really make the role their own. Experience required: Creative and can work on cultural, social and communications projects. Must also be practical and understand both the business and people implications of any decisions and can think of HR practically. Must also appreciate structure and detail and understand the need for process. Generalist HR experience within a Financial Services business is ideal. Experience of working in a smaller business highly advantage. Educated to degree standard is essential. Experience of working in an intellectual environment Interacting with stakeholders on a global basis. Candidates will need to be polished, intelligent, forward thinking and motivated.
