Working closely with the HR Generalist and HRBP, this person is responsible for managing all HR administration across the entire business whilst also taking on exciting HR projects.

This role would suit someone driven, ambitious and creative - who likes to think of new ways of working but isn't precious about doing the day to day HR Administration

Description

You will be responsible for the day to day administrative elements of HR - on-boarding, inductions, managing benefits, liaising with payroll, answering HR queries and so on, however once your day to day duties are complete you will have an opportunity to take on more. At this firm new ideas are welcome - you will have a chance to improve/change and deliver new ways of working!

Profile

The successful candidate will be degree educated or equivalent and have at least 1 years experience working within a private sector organisation. The ideal candidate will be driven, ambitious and hardworking but not precious about doing administration!
