Senior HR Adviser
An international engineering and manufacturing business operating within a niche market. This site has a headcount of approx. 500.
Their style of HR is partnering closely with their stakeholders and offering support / counsel and commercial value. And there are 8 in the HR team.
They are currently recruiting for an HR role to cover a 12 month maternity FTC.
This role has 2 key focuses:
To Business Partner with a small population of about 20, this will mainly be their finance team and facilities team. This will be a mixture of HR projects, ensuring the implementation of the overall HR strategy as well as day to day HR queries.
The second element is to supervise their HR support function and manage 1 HR Co-ordinator. This support function is responsible for all the transactional elements of HR such as reporting on metrics, supporting the Head of HR with their well-being program through to co-ordinating their performance manager process.
