You will be working for an Education charity located in Central London.
Your new role
As Recruitment Coordinator you will report into the Recruitment Advisers and support them on every stage of the recruitment process. This will include: uploading information into the ATS, overseeing the authorisation process and responding to queries when required. You will act as the first point of contact for all the candidate queries and hold responsibility for all recruitment administration including managing the inbox and general recruitment administration. This is an interim role for a period of 3 months, paying £15-17p/h.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience with high volume recruitment administration and campaigns is essential for this role. You will be confident when building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to allow you to work collaboratively. The head count for this organisation is about 2000, they're very busy especially within the Recruitment department so previous experience working within a fast-paced environment is very desirable. As an individual you will be proactive with a genuine passion to deliver. You will be required to start week commencing 23rd August, so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
