Job Details
Our client, a well known FMCG player in Amsterdam is looking for a HR Digital Transformation specialist.
The role would need to liaise across the global functions, building relationships quickly, understanding what digital means to each one, and determining a unified and impactful people strategy.
This may include:
- Mapping functions to determine roles and responsibilities that would enable digital transformation
- Thinking end to end about how HR might support the transformation (functional structure, key initiatives, quick wins, measuring success)
- Digital capabilities across functions
- Leveraging Agile methodology
- Cultural transformation
