An exciting new Work Force Planning position has become available, within the Talent Acquisition function of this leading business based in Swindon.

This role will directly support the Head of Recruitment on all Workforce planning for their IT division, ensuring they have the right quality resource now and in the future, whilst taking responsibility for the development, management and reporting of effective short and long-term workforce plans.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Work closely with functional Resource Managers and functional leads to ensure adequate resource to the business, whilst managing short to medium term cover and under-supply challenges.
  • Work effectively with both internal and external partners to develop and manage effective medium to long term resource plans.
  • Develop systems, processes and reporting that improve resource balancing and enable forward forecasting.
  • Develop and manage a process to monitor and report-on resource and demand changes through the business planning process.

This role will support a major IT talent attraction project, working with senior leaders, partnering them on large scale workforce planning. As such, we need a recruitment lead with expert Workforce Planning / Resource Planning experience throughout your CV, gained within a corporate environment.

This is a fast-paced, demanding role, that requires strong stakeholder management, a proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail. You will also be strong analytically, with advanced Excel and data manipulation and reporting skills.
