Investigo is pleased to be partnering an expanding Distribution business in the recruitment for a Reward Manager to be based in Hertfordshire.
Reporting to the Reward Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the UK and reward strategy.
Accountability for designing reward strategies to support the talent agenda as well as operational, legislative and financial requirements.
This role will primarily focus on the nationwide hourly paid workforce but will also include ownership of pay structures/reviews, bonus structures/schemes, national minimum wage position, incentive schemes, recognition and voluntary benefit programmes and all supporting policies.
What we need;
You will be a proven leader within the Reward space, having managed UK programmes which influence and drive business performance.
Alongside a broad understanding of Reward frameworks you will have proven project management experience.
Given the level of the role, you will need to be an excellent communicator who is used to influencing from Board level down.
