Interim Transformation Consultant
You must be an experienced HR Consultant with direct experience in the NHS and leading large scale transformation programmes (ideally post TUPE). You will also be available for an immediate start. Your speciality will be driving transformation at all levels - from leading on the harmonisation of terms and conditions right through to the training of new managers on internal policies and procedures.
About the role
An opportunity has arisen for an interim project lead as a result of an acquisition of within the NHS. This is key role as the transition to the business is key to sustain local services and to develop and retain the talent with the business area. You will be responsible for the short-medium life-cycle of the transformation project and you will need to invest with senior stakeholders to ensure your approach is aligned to the business priorities. This is an ideal role for a seasoned consultant with experience in transformation.
As Interim Transformation Consultant you will:
·Be working closely with the senior HR leaders to support the development of the transformation (people) plan
·Establish relationships with key stakeholders - clinical and non-clinical leaders and line managers
·Consider all elements of the transformation project in line with UK employment legislation and best practice
·Train all new managers on the relevant internal policies and procedures
·Take ownership of communications, creating meaningful communication(s) for line managers and employees
·Lead the transformation programme and guide HR colleagues as to the programme and any actions required
·Review post transformation services to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the needs of the employees affected in the short, medium and long term.
Salary and Benefits
·Salary is up to £58,000 per annum (FTE)
