Job Details
A European Retail Bank based in the City of London is looking for a Training & Competency Manager to join the HR team.
Reporting in to the Head of Learning & Development and working closely with Business Heads and Line Managers across the UK, you will be responsible for managing all technical FS related learning, training and projects (such as SMCR, Brexit, LMS, Competency Framework, Technical Leadership Development). This is largely a standalone Learning Projects role with a focus on FS Governance (it is not a BAU Learning Partner role as they have two Learning Partners in the team).
You will be an accomplished HR Project Manager / Technical Learning Manager with a track record operating in a similar Training & Competency Manager role with another regulated Financial Services organisation. Design, Delivery and Project Management experience required end-to-end. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD preferred.
