The Recruitment Coordinator will identify, attract and shortlist candidates for all UK and international vacancies across the business. The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and provide first-class service to all applicants and hiring managers.

Description

  • Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
  • Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
  • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently
  • Provide first line support for all enquiries from candidates and hiring managers
  • Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates
  • Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database

Profile

* Experience of using recruitment tools and internal systems (ATS)
* Experience of candidate searching via different methods and job portals (LinkedIn, Reed, etc.)
* Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Confident in all methods of communication (phone, email, face to face)
* Ability to prioritise and escalate when necessary
* Candidate-focused approach
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
