HR Advisor

A Government Agency is looking for a Human Resources Advisor located in East London for a 1-month contract.


Your new company
A well-established Government Agency is looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join their team for a month's contract. This is a full-time role, 36 hours a week and is paying £230.25 per day via PAYE or £247.50 per day via Umbrella company.

Your new role
You will work closely with a HR team of 3 and train them to comply with the implementation of the Civil Service Success Profiles recruitment process. As Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting hiring managers and business stakeholders on the end-to-end Recruitment process on the use of Success Profiles. Additionally, you will be able to advise and coach your team on best Recruitment and HR practise, ensuring it follows the Success Profiles guidelines.

As an individual, you will have excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and successfully deliver strong advice in the recruitment process.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, candidates must have previous experience of working in an Advisory role, ideally you will be familiar with the Civil Service recruitment process. Furthermore, you will have experience in a similar role, where you have provided advise and trained hiring managers on the wider recruitment process.
