If you are passionate about developing people and keen to work both locally but with an international business then this may be the role you are looking for.
There is a 10 - 12 month maternity role offering the successful candidate the option of either a full or 4 day a week role.
With the flexibility to work a day from home you will partner the business and HRBP's assisting them with all learning needs and recommend solutions. Strategically building, programme manage and evaluate across the group.
Essentially, you must demonstrate deep knowledge of the learning market, selecting and working with a range of vendors to build and provide learning solutions.
