Your new role
You will be providing advice and guidance to managers on policy and employee relations. This will include policy and procedures, absence management and liaison with our permanent health insurance provider. You will be supporting the managers with informal and formal performances issues and provide specialist ER support to the HR Business Partners and managers when it comes to organisational change, where these result in people impacts. You will also feel comfortable working on the computer systems and be able to support with all aspects of the data.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven employee relations experience from working within HR in a complex, multi-national organisation. Demonstrable experience of effective handling of a range of employee relations issues. Having a strong understanding of employment law, and an ability to demonstrate the use of that knowledge in advising managers would be helpful when having the understanding of commercial decision making. You will have structured approach to problem solving and be a collaborative, team player who is prepared to get involved with all aspects of Employee Relations and Benefits.
