I am currently recruiting for an exciting HR Coordinator within a Global Trading Firm based in Central London. The role requires the successful candidate to be hardworking, eager to get involved and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.


Create, organise and maintain employee files and records

Coordinate the full aspect of employee on-boarding process from background checks to orientation, including preparation of new hire packages and documents in preparation for on-boarding process

Maintain and update the relevant HR databases and ensure records and accurate

Assist in benefit administration, including communication, enrollment, and status changes

Respond to employee queries and field to other team members as appropriate

Assist with both HR and company-wide projects and initiatives

Maintain the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality

General support in all day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling, copying, filing & tracking of invoices


2 years HR experience

Financial services experience

Ability to handle & complete work

Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Self-starter with excellent attention to detail

Reliable, courteous and flexible team player
