Your new company
You will be working for a housing association based in London surrounded by transport links, amenities and amazing restaurants and shops.

Your new role
As a HR Business Partner, your objectives will include; understanding the business needs to drive organisational and local change, then influencing managers into implementing these changes. You will offer advice to senior management by analysing management information and trends to produce interventions. You will ensure HR officers have targets and goals that are monitored regularly to give them clear direction, as well as developing them. You will also be involved in training of people management to all new managers. You will involved on workforce planning such as a TUPE and managing employee tribunal process. This is a maternity cover.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must be a driven and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about HR. It is essential that you possess experience working within HR and dealing with employee relations. You will need to have strong communication skills and experience dealing with HR Systems. Having prior line management and a CIPD qualification is desirable.
