HR Business Partner - 6 month FTC

Our client prominent Insurance Broker based in the City of London is on the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team on a 6 month FTC starting ASAP. The successful candidate will get involved in the full HR generalist remit not limiting to partnering with the business however will lead on implementation of SMRC project.
Along with this your duties will involve managing ER disciplinary, capability and grievance cases. The management of recruitment and induction processes according to divisional requirements. Managing complex cross-functional HR projects. Development and maintaining of succession plan for key talent and key roles within the business. Talent Development, Performance Management and L&D - in particular, developing training plans with line managers across the firm.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner within a Financial Services / insurance organisation will be a must- including experience in the implementation of SMCR.
Previous experience from SME or small(er) businesses will be highly desirable.
You will be collaborative and comfortable in working within a HR team.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to form relationships quickly within the business will be a must
CIPD and degree qualified.
You will have gained your experience in longer-term contract roles or permanent roles as there could be potential for the role to go permanent for the right individual.
