ER Delivery Manager

Ashley Kate are pleased to be working on an ER Delivery Manager role with one of the most recognised hospitality brands who are truly a market leader, especially in terms of engagement.

With sites across the UK, Europe and Middle East, they now need an experienced Employee Relations specialist to partner with their operational teams by providing ER guidance, coaching them to achieve the appropriate ER solutions which are wholly connected to key business drivers and support the transformation of ER delivery within the operation


You will need to provide and deliver legally compliant and commercially focused Employee Relations advice to support and up skill key stakeholders in the most efficient and effective way and also lead and deliver technical guidance for relevant business and change projects, with a core focus on TUPE and redundancy change programmes

You will partner with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to improve ER capability across the brand to provide line managers with confidence to deal with employee relations cases, helping to improve capability and reduce the requirement for external legal support to reduce legal expenditure


ER Delivery Manager - About you
·You will need to have previous Employee Relations experience at a senior level.
·The need for effective communication and influencing skills at all levels are key to the role and being able to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
·Ability to multi-task and deliver to tight time scales
·Experience of attending tribunals where necessary and a strong proven understanding and application of UK Employment law and ER in a fast paced, commercial environment is essential.
·Experience in dealing with change management, particularly redundancy and TUPE
