In safe, local spaces, girls develop the skills and attitudes to change themselves, their communities and our world.

Our client keeps the global Movement thriving, united and growing. They support their Member Organisations in 150 countries, which give almost 10 million individual girls the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, speak out on issues that are important to them and make changes in their communities and countries.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a small HR team in order to deliver effective human resources support to a global workforce. This is a generalist role, looking at both strategic and operational HR.

- Pay and payroll preparation for World Bureau and international payrolls

- Administration of pensions

You will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships including working with employees remotely across a variety of time-zones.

The ideal candidate will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised and team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, with knowledge of French or other languages desirable but not essential.

If you care about opportunities for girls around the world and can quickly begin managing a newly put together HR function, then this role may be for you!

What You Can Expect from Our Client:
