Oakleaf are working with a global listed organisation who have recently gone through an IPO. They are looking for a Reward Consultant until March/April 2020 to support on a number of M&A related activities. This will be a Fixed Term Contract position. The Reward Consultant will provide technical reward expertise to the Integration project across a variety of areas such as benefits, incentive schemes, job evaluations and mapping, benchmarking and reward governance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in reward analyst and/or integration roles and proficient user of Excel and experience with reward and HR systems.
