Recruitment Co-ordinator - Central Birmingham, West Midlands

6 month interim contract

£140-160/ day rate (Ltd/ Umbrella)

£110-125 / day rate (PAYE)

Seeking an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator who has experience either within Resourcing / Recruitment Administration and Co-ordination

The role will be to support the team of Resourcing Partners with all recruitment administration needs including:

  • Co-ordination of hiring manager calendars for interview arrangement
  • Organising a high number of interviews (c. 150 interviews per month)
  • Interview room bookings and co-ordinations
  • Right to work Checks
  • Day to day recruitment administration as needed

The successful candidate will have relevant experience of

  • Either working as a Resourcing/ Recruitment co-ordinator or Administrator
  • Experience of working in a high volume recruitment environment and co-ordinating multiple diaries for panel interviews

Good communication skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
