I am working with a great international company based in Buckinghamshire who are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible. They are looking for a personable, confident and experienced candidate who is going to be a true HR generalist looking after the entire employee lifecycle.The role includes but is not limited to:Provide excellent end to end administrative support in relation to the full employee lifecycle. Strong skills in Word, Excel, mail merge, telephone systems, reporting such as headcount reports, email communication, HR systems and ATS'sProvide a friendly and supportive first point of contact for HR services to all SLT, managers, team members, candidates, general public and suppliers to ensure all receive excellent service in timely mannerSupport formal hearings by taking minutes and supporting the wider HR team with drafting relevant lettersSupport the onboarding processes as required by the Senior HRBPEnsure that the correct HR processes and procedures are being followed by line managers and provide appropriate feedback to HR team and others when requiredEnsure leaver details are accurate, calculate outstanding holiday entitlement and any payment upon termination of employment and prepare any correspondence as required. Conduct Exit interviews as requiredProvide an effective payroll support in relation to the checking and input of the monthly payroll data, ad hoc enquires, general support and assistance with internal requirements and working with the outsourced payroll functionSupport the wider HR team with weekly and monthly reporting on recruitment and HR KPIsSupport team members with maternity, paternity & adoption leave & manage the process from an HR perspective. Support the wider HR team with managing long term sicknessCarry out all actions in the recruitment cycle, from vacancy request forms and sign off, to recruitment administration and issuing offer letters and contractsDrafting job advertisements and posting using ATS and any other appropriate media such as LinkedInBuild strong relationships with preferred recruitment suppliers to help ensure ease of communication flow, timely responses and effective processesArrange telephone interviews, face to face interviews, assessment feedback requests and ensure that feedback is given to the candidates within key timeframes Ideally you will be experienced in the below:A strong experienced HR Administrator in a fast-paced businessExcellent confident communication and relationship-building skills, including with the most senior of internal stakeholdersAbility to work to tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detail, prioritisation and planning skillsExperience of payroll Email emilymcgeough@oakleafpartneship with your updated CV and to arrange a call to find out more about this great opportunity.
