HR Advisor, Cheshire - Up to £32,000

Your new role
As the HR Advisor you will provide support across the business relating to legal and policy compliance, as well as supporting managers to make effective decisions.

You will provide advice from a commercial perspective ensuring the organisation minimises its exposure to risk from a HR perspective. Managing a busy caseload you will drive cases to conclusion, supporting in the reviewing of documents, letters and investigation reports. You will be required to work autonomously, providing guidance with confidence across a wide range of issues including; D&G, absence management, right to work and performance management.

What you'll need to succeed
To be effective in this role you will need a good level of employment law and legislation knowledge, with the confidence to communicate this to employees and stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. Ideally will be CIPD qualified level 5, or 7.

You will need to bring with you a commercial approach, minimising risk whilst ensuring difficult situations and challenges are appropriately managed. You should have prior experience working in a customer facing environment, with the ability to to analyse and understand complex issues, whilst providing practical solutions.
