Your new role
As a Employee Relations Specialist you will be a relationship building expert. Providing advice and guidance to managers on policy and employee relations. You will be supporting the managers with informal and formal performances issues and provide specialist ER support to the HR Business Partners and managers when it comes to organisational change. Part of your role will include travelling to other U.K and E.U offices to assist on the employee relations teams.

What you'll need to succeed
Exceptional U.K Employment law knowledge and proven employee relations experience from working within HR in a complex, multi-national organisation. Demonstrable experience of effective handling of a range of employee relations issues. You will have structured approach to problem solving and be a collaborative, team player who is prepared to get involved with all aspects of Employee Relations and Benefits, with a positive problem solving way of thinking, upholding company values and positive behaviours.


What you'll get in return
